Journey of Our Candles
From procurement to final product
Wax Extraction
The process begins with soybeans & coconuts being mechanically processed to extract the wax used as the candle base. This provides the clean foundation necessary for the candles before any fragrance is introduced.
Essence Extraction
Extracts from materials like fresh roses, sandalwood, cardamom etc. are collected using distillation methods. These concentrated oils are the primary components used to build the specific fragrance profiles.
IFRA Compliance
Every scent undergoes laboratory testing to ensure it meets IFRA safety and stability standards. This check confirms that the fragrance performs reliably and safely once the candle is lit.
Small-Batch Blending
The wax is heated and stirred in small batches to integrate the fragrance oils thoroughly. Monitoring the temperature during this stage ensures the blend remains consistent across the entire batch.
Hand Pouring
Jars are filled by hand to maintain a smooth and even finish as the wax cools. This manual step allows for immediate quality observation while the candles are setting.
Final Quality Checks
Once set, the candles move to the warehouse for a final inspection of the finish and labeling. After passing this check, they are packed and prepared for dispatch.
